Overall a great stay. However at check out I could not get a printed receipt/folio. The front desk person claimed because the reservation was with booking.com they had no access. However I paid directly at the hotel with a different CC than what I used to book the room reservation. I checked My CC and Hampton Inn themselves as the hold on my card. I have a booking confirmation email but no receipt. I have used booking.com often and this is the first time I could not get a receipt from the actual hotel I stayed at. Very disappointed and sad. I now have no receipt. No

Breakfast was good..The check-in manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist in our check-in when JUAN from booking,.com was being a "bottom" and not assisting in the process. He was horrible and caused us to miss a $200.00 pre-paid buffet dinner. Took us 45 minutes for a basic check-in. Ended up calling booking.com again after he HUNG UP on the phone. Never had an issue. Started our trip on a sour note..still upset.

The staff was so friendly and kind. There was a dog on our floor of the hotel that was barking for about half an hour late at night. I only had to speak to the front desk one time, and we could no longer hear the dog barking. We needed extra items, and they delivered within minutes. Very clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the breakfast was out of this world.

Good hotel to stay, clean and save area, many options for dinner not so much for breakfast. take advantage of the hotel’s breakfast it was good and hot. stayed one night to take kids to airshow. I didn’t know the show was so popular so book early. hotels closer to airport fill up fast

The breakfast was very nice the eggs were a little watery but when you have instant eggs that's what happens the first day we had turkey sausage it was a little dried out but the second day the smoke sausage was excellent and a very popular was the waffles family loved the waffles
